Professional Christmas light installation for Ashland's commuter-rail neighborhoods and wooded family lots. Designed, installed, maintained and taken down by our local crews.Designed, installed, maintained and stored for you in Ashland.
Ashland residents hire us because they want their homes lit properly without spending a December weekend on a cold ladder. This is a MetroWest town of roughly 18,700 people where households earning around $127,000 tend to own newer colonials and updated capes on tree-lined streets, and where the commuter-rail lifestyle leaves little daylight for hanging lights by hand. We handle the full job — design, professional-grade LED product, installation, mid-season service, takedown, and storage. Whether your home sits near Ashland Center, out toward the reservoir, or on one of the quieter cul-de-sacs off Route 135, we measure and hang everything to fit your specific rooflines and landscaping. Homeowners here value durability and a clean, tailored look over flashy displays, and that's exactly the standard we build to across town.
Local expertise
Lighting Ashland, neighborhood by neighborhood
We cover all of Ashland, from the older residential blocks near the town center and the commuter rail depot to the newer subdivisions spread across the town's wooded northern and southern sections. We regularly light homes near Ashland State Park and the reservoir, along the Route 135 and Route 126 corridors, and throughout the family neighborhoods that fill in between. Ashland is part of our broader MetroWest and Middlesex County service map, so we also install for neighbors in Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Billerica, and Boxborough. Booking multiple homes on the same street or in the same subdivision earns a group rate, so if a few neighbors coordinate, we can schedule you back-to-back on a single visit and keep pricing efficient for everyone involved.
Built for Ashland homes
Ashland's housing stock leans toward colonials, garrison colonials, and updated capes built across several decades, many on lots with mature oaks, maples, and evergreens that back up to conservation land near Ashland State Park. Those tall pines and hardwoods are a signature look when we wrap trunks and lower branches with warm-white LEDs, but they also demand proper ladder work and extension poles to reach high peaks safely. Two-story colonials with steep New England roof pitches are the most common challenge — we handle the height and the angles so you never touch a ladder. Wooded backyards near the reservoir mean shadowy front elevations that benefit from crisp roofline outlining and pathway lighting. We match the restrained, tailored aesthetic most Ashland homeowners prefer: clean warm-white or classic multicolor, consistent spacing, and nothing that looks thrown together.
Why local experience matters
Ashland sits inland in MetroWest, which means the freeze-thaw cycle and mid-winter ice storms are the real enemy — not salt spray. Cheap clips and consumer light strings crack and fail when temperatures swing, so we use commercial-grade LEDs and fasteners rated for New England winters. We custom-cut every run to your rooflines rather than draping generic lengths, which matters on the varied colonial and cape profiles common here. When a nor'easter knocks a section loose or a bulb quits in January, we come back and fix it — that mid-season service is included, not an upsell. We're insured, we clean up completely, and we take everything down and store it after the holidays so your garage stays clear.

This municipal installation brings several lighting elements together across the town center. At Montenegro Square in Ashland, we wrapped the tall evergreen in multicolor lights and arranged illuminated spheres across the lawn to create lower points of light around its base. We carried the display into the pergola with suspended spheres, then finished the surrounding post lights with warm-white garlands and red bows.
The photographs also show coordinated warm-white lighting on nearby civic façades, trees, columns, and rooflines. Together, the tree, spheres, pergola, and streetscape lighting create a connected nighttime presentation that can be viewed from sidewalks, the road, and gathering areas. The mix of multicolor and warm-white elements keeps each feature distinct while maintaining a consistent municipal display across the site.

Yes! We cover all neighborhoods and surrounding areas of Ashland, MA. Our team is familiar with local regulations and HOA requirements.
Yes — steep-pitched two-story colonials and garrison colonials are the most common home style we light in Ashland, and our crews are equipped for the height with proper ladders, extension poles, and fall-safety gear. We reach high roof peaks, second-story gables, and dormers that most homeowners simply can't access safely from a household ladder. We custom-cut each run to fit your exact roofline rather than draping a generic length, which gives the clean, evenly spaced look that suits Ashland's newer colonials. You never have to get on a ladder or set foot on an icy roof — that's the entire point of hiring us.
Absolutely. Many Ashland lots border conservation land and carry mature oaks, maples, and tall evergreens, especially in neighborhoods near Ashland State Park and the reservoir. We wrap trunks and lower branches with commercial warm-white LEDs for a soft, upscale glow, and we can scale it from a single accent tree to a coordinated display across your front yard. Tree wrapping is priced by the height and number of trees since larger evergreens take significantly more product and labor. We use fasteners that won't damage bark and remove everything cleanly at takedown, so there's no leftover wire buried in your landscaping come spring.

Inland MetroWest towns like Ashland get hit with ice storms and the freeze-thaw cycles that pop bulbs and loosen clips, so mid-season service is built into every install. If a section goes dark or a run pulls loose after a storm, you call us and we come back out to repair or re-secure it — at no extra charge for the season. That's a major reason Ashland homeowners choose a professional install over store-bought strings, which tend to fail in January cold with no one to fix them. We use commercial-grade LEDs and weather-rated fasteners specifically because New England winters are hard on holiday lighting.
